Ce document comporte un plan de masse localisant la maison de ferme et les enclos des différents animaux (cochons, dindes, poules), un plan de sol de la maison et des environs immédiats et deux élévations de cette maison de ferme. On trouve également sur ce plan une élévation pour chacune des maison des trois petits cochons: la maison de paille, la maison de bois et la maison de brique. Le dessin portait le numéro 186286 dans la base de données du secteur des parcs de la Ville de Montréal et était initialement dans la section 0061-110.
