Avocat et juge, né le 1er octobre 1883 à Montréal, fils de Réal Angers, négociant, ancien associé de Frothingham & Workman, quincailliers, et de Joséphine Trudel, fille du docteur E.-H. Trudel; le 15 septembre 1909, il épousa Germaine Tousignant, fille de Napoléon Tousignant, et ils eurent sept enfants, quatre garçons et trois filles : Pierre, André, Louise, Marc, Guy, Suzanne et Françoise; décédé en 1956. La photographie tirée d'une publication a été publiée le 1er mars 1932 dans Bench & Bar.
