What the image shows
A black-and-white photograph of a construction site where a large steam-powered excavator with a long boom and cables dominates the left side, digging into the ground. Several men in work clothes and caps stand in the trench and along a line of track ties and rails in the foreground, while a small steam locomotive and a flatbed railway wagon are visible behind them. The ground is churned earth with timber and piles of spoil around the excavation.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
