Scope & content
St. Br. North span taken from north west corner showing the 4th baluster is high and also a space between the top of the 3rd & 5th balusters and the handrail. - Jan. 30th/22."

What the image shows
A black-and-white photograph taken from a low angle of a concrete bridge crossing a narrow, partly icy watercourse under a pale, overcast sky. The bridge deck has a stone or concrete balustrade made of repeated turned balusters in panels, with a lamp post and utility poles visible in the background, and the underside shows a row of curved brackets supporting the deck above the arched structure. Snow or ice covers the banks and the water below, and the right side of the image is in deep shadow.Described automatically by a vision model; may contain mistakes.
