- The fonds is comprised mostly of records which demonstrate Rosetta Elkin's involvement in Jewish social relations within a broader Canadian context, centering in particular around French Canadian-Jewish relations in the wake of mounting Quebec nationalism in the 1960s and 1970s. This includes reports, meeting minutes, memos, and correspondence pertaining to the Comité sur le fait français and its offshoot, Project Action Rapprochement. Additionally, many plans, reports, meeting minutes, and organization charts pertaining to the Sephardi-Askenazi Relations Committee (SARC) committee (for which Elkin sat on the board) can be found in the fonds.
