Scope & content
This the last letter of the correspondence from a German man. He writes about horrible conditions. His flight took him several days. He has already been back to his hometown. He is worried about another man, Herbert, and he is very afraid for his family. He has no money or clothes for the winter. There is a feeling of resignation in this letter. It is his last piece of paper he has, and he doesn't believe he will find more. The content of the letter is very emotional.
