- Scope & content
- The front has an illustration of a street with camels in Rishon le Zion. On the back is a stamp from the Austrian-Hungarian Empire with a portrait of Kaiser Franz Joseph, worth 5 Heller. Narrative: This postcard was written by Bernhard Kissman (Donor's father) to his fiancee Fritzi Winter (Donor's mother) who lived at that time with her parents in Tescheutz, Bukowina. They got married in July 1913. Bernhard Kissman worked at various places in forestry. Postcards between them were written daily, often a letter followed.
