Scope & content: Cover has Yiddish title printed in the centre. Number 2 is drawn on top left corner in blue pencil. Narrative: The handwritten book of technical drawings was created for students at the Vilna Yiddish Technical School supported by ORT.. It was adapted and translated from German texts as no technical drawing books , printed in Yiddish ,existed at the time. It is not known how this book survived the war, but in 1946. it was given to Shulamit Zhabinskaya, the author’s daughter, by an ex-student of the ORT school.
