Scope & content
Red Cross International Committee correspondence form for prisoners of war. The Red Cross logo is located at t.l., with the stamps "28.APR.1942", "319907", and "10" at t.r.. The letter has a faded circular red seal at b.l. that reads "COMITÉ INTERNATIONAL DE LA CROIX-ROUGE - GENEVE", and the b.r. corner has the date stamp "22 MAI 1942". The letter was sent by Julius Müller from Pardubitz, Czechoslovakia to Hilda Kanturek in Shanghai, China through the German Red Cross. It was received May 22, 1942.
