Scope & content
793 pages. Hardcover, cardboard bound with string. Cover is grey-blue fabric with black text in the centre. 4 groups of thin horizontal lines go above and below the title; the 2 lines at the top and bottom are thicker than the others. The lines continue onto the spine; the title is embossed in the centre of the spine, backed by a solid black rectangle. The back cover is plain blue-grey. Interior pages are beige. Text is printed on the inside covers, front and back. The text is printed in a dictionary format, with small illustrations throughout. Glossy pages have also been inserted throughout, with coloured maps and illustrations, b&w photos and illustrations. Narrative: Writting influenced by NSDAP theories.
