- Scope & content
- Circular-shaped. Obverse has a mirrored image of a person with wings and animal legs, with a coat of arms in between. A Freemason symbol is found just below, with a G in its centre; below this is a 3-part scroll (see inscription). Reverse side has a high-relief circular and dotted boarder with 3 fires in the middle (1 at the top, 2 at the centre, one at each side); rays are coming from behind them, with alternating high-relief and engraved text (see inscription). A suspender ring is attached to the top centre edge, with a teal ribbon threaded through. The top of the metal is straight and attached to a metal bar, incised with wavy, diagonal lines; a hook and eye pin is attached to the reverse of the bar. Housed in a textured cardboard box; top and bottom halves are attached with tape. Interior is lined with white satin material; the bottom half, where the metal rests, is black velour. Medal is attached with a velour loop at the top, centre.
