- Scope & content
- Round base with beveled ledges along the circumference. The top of the base has engraved chevron detailing. The column tapes out and then in, like 2 bells attached together, with more chevron detailing. At the top of the column is another sphere, with a bird (sparrow ?) at the very top of the structure. At each side of the sphere (below the bird) are ornate arms: filigree shaped with openworked details and leaves coming out of the bottom centre. At the end of each arm is a tulip shaped candle holder, attached to a column and round base, with chevron detailing found along the bottom of each. The top of the candle holder has a raised rim in the centre with engraved petal-like details around the circumference. The holders screw onto the arms.
