Item is an atlas page showing the area bordered by Garland Avenue, Lawrence Avenue Bayview Avenue, and Blythwood Road. Map indicates streets, lot divisions, building footprints, and materials used in their construction. Please refer to (Series 2421, File 17, Item 2) for a listing of registered plan or street index which will indicate the plate number. Please refer to Plate 3 (Series 2421, File 1, Item 3) for the index to ascertain the significance of the colour coding used on the buildings on this map. Also commonly referred to as Goad's Fire Insurance Plan. The revisions made to this edition refer to the cut-outs, that were updates to the original plates, and were then pasted onto the original 1910 edition.
