- Memorandum: noting that councillor of twp. of Head, Mr. Francoeur, indicates that meeting to be held to determine what action to be taken in case of [name of Golden Lake Band member], but is of the opinion that IAB should look after [Golden Lake Band member]. Stating opinion that no good result would be forthcoming from meeting, and that it may be possible for some arrangements to be made through Indian Affairs to see that the man obtains pension.
