- Letter: responding to his letter of 12 April, and advising that Dept. does not intend to open the reserve along the Mont Laurier-Senneterre highway to the public this season. and rather that they intend to organize it and that they may be in a position to open it in 1941. Further stating that "the Minister will then see what he can do for the Indians you mention."
