- Publication: includes the Game and Fisheries Act, R.S.O. 1937, Chapter 353 as amended by 1938, Chapter 13 and 1939, Chapter 16. Under regulations for angling licenses for individuals [pp.129-130], "[F]or Provincial waters with the exception of Algonquin Park, Quetico Park, Indian Reserves and other waters legally prohibited at a fee of $5.00, together with a fee of Fifty Cents to be paid for the issuing of same and to be retained by the issuer ...". Under regulations for family licenses, "[F]or Provincial waters with the exception of Algonquin Park, Quetico Park, Indian Reserves and other waters legally prohibited a special Family License to any husband. his wife and their children not over the age of twenty-one years at a fee of $7.50 ...".
