- Act: giving power to Lieutenant Governor to withdraw Crown lands from sale to be set apart as public park, forest reserve, game and fish preserve, health resort. etc. for benefit of people and protection of fish, birds, game, and fur-bearing animals. Also has power to alter boundaries of park, etc. No person to locate, settle upon. use or occupy park lands. Power to make regulations as to management of park and water resources, minerals, trees, etc., of leasing, of issuing permits or licenses, of working of mines, etc. [See 1910, 10 Edw. Vll, c. 22 and 23.]
