- Letter: re his of May 13 concerning unceded land. Informs him that the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands reported on July 16, 1878 that that tract of land claimed has never been ceded by any treaty unless it is the portion that lies to the west of the Bobcaygeon Road line which is presumed to have been surrendered in the Robinson Treaty of Sept 9, 1850.
