Accompaning note with photo: "The 1971 Pembroke Bond Drive produced a record sale of State of Israel Bonds and provide a most interesting evening in honourin Newton Prager, a dedicated wroker for Israel, at a Testimonial Diner in his honour on October 31. The Honourable Justice Abraham H. Lieff was the guest speaker. shown abouve maiking the presentation is Bond Vice-Chairman Morton Taller. Also shown left to right are: Mr. Phillip Cooper, Co-Bond Chairman; Mrs. Prager and Mr. Morrie Eisen, Bond Chairman who was Chairman of the evening.Many of Mr. and Mrs. Prager's friends and relatives from Ottawa were present." The names of the subjects are written on the back of the photo in pencil.
