Schwisberg, Q.C., of Montreal (right), who was recently re-elected national president of the Zionist Men's Association at its 32nd National Convention held in Montreal recently, presents a Z.M.A. Charter to the Men's Zionist Society of Ottawa. Accepting the Charter is Dr. M. Ralph Berke, secretary of the Men's Zionist Society."
