MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DIRECTORS OFPETIGORSKY LIMITEDOscar PetigorskyJoseph PetigorskyLeon Petigorskybeing all the Directors of the Company.notice of the calling of the meeting, the meeting was declared toof this meeting.to the attention of the meeting that it was in the interest of thePetigorsky Limited, held at the office of Benjamin Goldfield K.C.74 Sparks Street, Ottawa on Tuesday the 15th day of December, 1942at the hour of ten thirty o'clock in the forenoon.PRESENTAll the Directors being present and having waivedbe regularly constituted.MOVED by Joseph Petigorsky and seconded by LeonPetigorsky that Oscar Petigorsky, President of the Company take thechair.CARRIED UNANIMOUSLYMOVED by Leon Petigorsky seconded by Oscar Petigorskythat Joseph Petigorsky Secretary of the Company do act as SecretaryMr. Oscar Petigorsky President of the Company broughtCompany to acquire the premises known for Municipal purposes as nos.21 and 23 on the North side of York Street, in the City of Ottawa,for the price or sum of $23,000.00 payable as follows: The Companyto assume the present existing mortgage held by the Montreal LifeInsurance Company upon which there is a balance due and owingof $8000.00 and for the balance of $15,000.00 to give back a secondAfter the matter had been fully discussed it wasmoved by Mr. Leon Petigorsky and seconded by Joseph Petigorsky thatthe Company do acquire from the present owners of the said premises,Read automatically; may contain mistakes.
