We enclose herewith duplicate registered copy of Quit Claim Deed from Fay, Bessie, Rose, Anne and Jean to yourself, the original of which has been registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the City of Ottawa as Number 397649.The property is subject only to the mortgage which was registered in favour of Louis Segal. This mortgage secures the principal sum of $26,000.00, bears interest at the rate of 9% per annum and is repayable in monthly sums of $261.19, to include principal and interest, commencing on the 1st December 1959, and the mortgage matures on November 1st 1974. You have the privilege of prepaying the whole or any part of the principal balance owing at any time after November 1st 1964, without notice or bonus. All payments under this mortgage should be forwarded to Louis Segal at 4915 Plamondon Avenue, Montreal, or as he may direct.Before registering this mortgage we registered a discharge of the prior mortgage in favour of Rose Applebaum upon which there was a principal balance owing of $3,200.00.
