Scope & content
J. Harry Blumenstein, ca. 1940s. As tradition then dictated, his election to the Council of the Bar of Montreal in 1960, coincided with his Presidency of the Lord Reading Law Society, a position held between 1960-1962. The LRLS abolished this custom in 1963. Courtesy of CJCCCNA.
